CRASHED IN FLAMES

PLANE FALLING ON HOUSE KILLS RESIDENT PILOT HURLED TO DEATH PARIS, Saturday. A shocking accident occurred at Rochefort. A civilian instructional airplane was being flown over the town when it caught Are and crashed on a house. The owner of the dwelling was decapitated by the propeller of the machine and his wife and daughter were severely injured. The house was burned down. The pilot, a pupil 19, tried to land with a parachute, but slipped through the straps apd fell to earth. He w-as killed instantly.
