CREDITORS ACCEPT OFFER An offer of 2s Sd in the £ was accepted by creditors of Frank Pearse and Mabel Jane Pearse, farmers, of Henderson, at an adjourned meeting held this morning. The official assignee. Mr. A. TV. Watters, said that bankrupts had received an offer of financial assistance from a friend, and had offered that sum to the creditors, giving a dividend of 2s 8d in the - £. After the offer had been accepted creditors passed a resolution to facilitate, bankrupts’ discharge.
