PERSONAL NOTES

Mr. W. Wilson, the well-known game specialist, Morningside, has taken over a block of 26 acres at Henderson, where he intends going in for pig and dairy farming, also utility poultry-keeping on an extensive scale. Should Mr. Wilson decide to give up exhibiting it will be a distinct loss to the Fancy.

The death has occurred in South Africa of Mr. Arthur Young, late of “Springbok,” Henderson. Hailing from South Africa, Mr. Young spent several years poultry farming at Henderson, where he was held in the highest esteem by all who came in contact with him. Recently he sold his farm and went to visit his relatives in South Africa. Fanciers will be pleased to hear that Mr. J. Tindall, the veteran judge, who has been seriously ill for some considerable time, is now improving.
