Frank Fox, here with “Pigs” and other American comedies, was married in London recently to Miss Barbara Crosby, dance hostess at a West End cafe.

Mabel Gibson has returned to Sydney from Hollywood because her “guest of the United States” status was up. Now she is down to re-enter on the Australian quota.

“Bitter Sweet,” Noel Coward’s operetta, has celebrated its first anniversary in London. During the whole run there has not been one unsold seat at any evening performance. * * * Martin Lewis and Ethel Warwick, both in New Zealand years ago under the J.C.W. banner, are playing “The Last of Mrs. Cheyney” at the curiously named “Q” Theatre, London.

H. R. Hignett, who played “Oberon” and other leading roles with Oscar Asche in 1913, is cast as Minister of War in Merivale’s English version* of the German comedy, “The Right to Love,” at Daly’s Theatre. Graham Browne is the producer.
