VEIL OF BRUSSELS NET IS WORN OVER LOVELY SATIN GOWN
I FORT—COLDING 0n W'ednesday afternoon the mar—riage was celebrated of Laura. Sybil, second daughter of Mr. and 311‘s. A. Golding, of Liverpool Street. Auckland, and Cedric Duncan. eldest son of Air. and M'rs. J. H. Fort, of Mfount Eden, at St. Matthew's Church. The ceremony was performed by Canon C. H. Grant Cowen. The bride, who was given away by Mr. G. Tindie, wore a. dainty gown of ivory satin beaute made with an ankle-length skirt finished with a. deep hem of silk net. Her veil 0: handembroidered brussels net was arranged on the head with a. sequinned juliet cap, caught at each side with a. cluster of orange blossoms. She car—ried a. bouquet of white flowers. with touches of pale pink. . Miss Mavis Fort was bridesmaid, wearing a. frock of pale primrose geargette, with a. berths. collar and a. full skirt dipping to the ankles at one side. ‘ She wore a. hat of matching lace straw . and carried a bouquet of pink flowers. Mr. Athol Marsden attended as best man. After the ceremony. a reception was held at the Domain Kiosk. Mfrs. “Food. sister of the bride, wore a frock of blue georgette, with blue bangkok hat and fox furs. Mrs. Fort, ‘mother of the bridegroom. was in figured chenille velvet, with a beige lace straw hat. She carried a bouquet in autumn shades. I
