SURPRISE PARTY

EVENING AT OTAHUHU A number of friends of Air. and Mrs. J. Gillies paid a surprise visit to them at their residence, Church Street, Otahuhu, on Alonday evening and a very enjoyable time was spent in dancing and competitions. Dance music was played by Afesdaines Gillies, Flood and Aliss Skcllern.

Alusical items were contributed by Mesdames Christini, F. Fearnley Aliss Skellern and Mr. J. Gillies, a ‘ pleasant evening concluding with the singing of ‘Auld Lang Syne.”
