ALLEGED FORGERY

SIGNATURES TO MONEY ORDERS COMMITTAL FOR TRIAL Charges of forgery of names on Public Works Department money-or-ders were preferred in the Police Court yesterday against a married woman, Dorothy Myra Adams, anil a single man, Josephus Fisher. The charges were heard jointly. Both accused pleaded not guilty and were committed to the Supreme Court for trial. Evidence was given by witnesses that Adams had been forwarded and had cashed money-orders p tyable to D. Fisher. The woman was allowed bail of £lO, and the man released on condition that he reported regularly to the police.
