MAN MISSING

FEARED LOSS OF MEMORY Special to THE SUM WAIMAUKU, Today. Diligent search has failed to reveal any trace of Mr. Symes, a single man aged 35, who has been missing from his home, Waikoukou Valley, Waimauku, since Wednesday morning. Apparently he left at an early hour, as lie was heard moving in his room at about 1 a.m. He is about sft Bin in height, thickset and dark. He was wearing farm clothes and nailed boots. Air. Symes, who had not recovered from a recent attack of influenza, is thought to be suffering from loss of memory. A large search party, in charge of the Helensville constable, Mr. Hunt, scoured the surrounding country yesterday, but without result.
