DRAINAGE AGREEMENT
THREE KINGS AREA An agreement for the inclusion of the Three Kings area in the Auckland and SubLirban Drainage Area lias been forwarded by the Drainage Board to the Mount Roskill Road Board. Provision has been made for the payment to the Drainage Board of £1.649 in respect of assessments that would have been payable by the Road Board if the area had originally been included in the drainage district. Provision is a.lso made for the payment to tin Drainage Board of a sum not -exceeding £7,725 for special facilities already made available by the Drainage Board for the disposal of stormwater.
Requisition will he made for the issue of a proclamation on completion of the agreement.
