MEETING AT TE AROHA From Our Own Correspondent TE AROHA, Today. Te Aroha Coursing Club’s two-day meeting concluded at Pfumpton Park yesterday with the £7C all-aged stake. It was contested by the best greyhounds in the province. The Hamiltonowned Crow, tho favourite, was beaten by Gold Size in the fourth round, after Crow had been lucky to beat Bu Chap. The best course of the day was undoubtedly between King lu and Gold Size. The winner takes the Quirk Cup, in addition to the prize-money. Details: —- Second round. —The Crow beat My Selection; Bu Chap beat Lone Hand; Mannikin beat Cinder Williams; Gold Size beat Good Boy; King Lu beat Speed; Nurmi beat The Shrew. Third Round. —The Crow beat Bu Chap; Gold Size beat Mannikin; King Lu beat Nurmi. Fourth Round.—Gold Size beat Nurmi; King Lu a bye. Final. —King Lu beat Gold Size.
