From Our Own Correspondent TAUPIRI, Tuesday. The Taupiri Dairy Company’s books show a highly satisfactory state of affairs. The factory is fitted with the latest machinery, and the output of blitter is increasing annually. As compared with August of last year the factory has this month dealt with an increased quantity of butter-fat. figures to date showing an actual increase of 50 per cent. Another sign of prosperity is the fact that, since June 1. there have been 77 new suppliers added to those supplying last year. Bonuses declared for butterfat supplied to the factory during last year are to be paid out on the 20th of next month. The final pay-out will make an average for the year of Is 4.2'iJd a lb of butter-fat. The increase of supply has necessitated the building of a new factory at Tuakau. This factory will begin operations on September 11.
