HEALTH CHIEF RETIRING
DR. T. H. A. VALINTINE’S POSITION WELLINGTON, Today. The Director-General of Health, Dr. T. H. A. Valintine, will retire from the service of the department at the end of the present month. He has been granted six months’ leave on full pay. The Minister of Health stated last evening that Dr. Valintine’s services would be retained in an advisory capacity. As yet no successor has been appointed. ..
