CHARGE OF THEFT
MOTOR RADIATOR INVOLVED Charged with stealing a motor-car radiator, John Martron and Harry Jewel Clayton were remanded at the Police Court today to appear tomorrow. Martron, a Belgian cook, aged 39, and Clayton, a rope-maker, aged 22, were charged with, at Henderson, on August 10, stealing a motor : car radiator, valued at £3 10s, the property of Joseph Antonio. Accuseds counsel, Mr. J. J. Sullivan, was unable to appear and the case was adjourned until tomorrow.
