BREACH OF ORDER

PROHIBITED MAN FINED For getting drunk and breaking his prohibition order, Charles William Russell was fined 10s on each charge at the Police Court today. Default was fixed at 48 hours.

Russell, a labourer, aged 36, pleaded guilty to both charges. Sub-Inspector Shanahan said accused had been found drunk in Newton Road yesterday. He had been convicted on a breach of a previous prohibition order.
