PRESENTED FALSE ORDER Charged with causing a forged document to be acted upon as if genuine, Walter Robert Page was remanded to appear at Wairoa on August 30, by Mr. F. Iv. Hunt, S.M., at the Police Court today. The full charge against Page was that at Wairoa, on May 16, knowing an order for meals by the Hawke’s Bay War Relief Association to be forged, he did cause Mr. Alexander, a boarding-house keeper, to act upon it as being genuine. In addition, Page was fined 5s for drunkenness.
