CONFERENCE VOTES TO FORM PERMANENT ORGANISATION DECISION AT HONOLULU Reed. 9.5 a.m. HONOLULU, Wed. The Pan-Pacific Women's Confer ence voted to form a permanent organisation. Committees will be appointed today to report tomorrow on the constitution and programme. Miss Eleanor Moore offered a resolution at the Pan-Pacific Women’s Conference legalising the methods of international conciliation. Dr. Osborne recommended a study of industrial hygiene in the textile industries in the Pacific. Dr. Sweet was elected chairman of the Constitution Committee, and Misses Ada Perry a 11 Elsie Griffin members. Miss Moore was made a member of the subcommittee of objectives, and Miss Jean Begg and Miss Constance Davey were elected to the Programme Committee.
