HON. R. MASTERS SWORN IN MEMBER WITHOUT PORTFOLIO Press Association ! WELLINGTON, Wednesday. At a meeting of the Executive Council today, presided over by his Excellency the Governor-General, the Hon. Robert Master, M.L.C., was sworn in as a member of the Executive Council without portfolio. Mr. Masters will fill the vacancy caused by the death of Sir Joseph Ward and in the absence of Sir Thomas Sidev will act as leader of the Legisj lative Council.
