Sir,— In reference to the controversy on child welfare, it would be a great thing if a few responsible person© could hold a commission to find out the truth in this matter. Mrs. Soljak. I think, is quite correct, and as one who has had a wide experience of these cases, I would be willing to answer any questions put to me.
