“Y.M.C.A. DAY”
SOCCER CONTROL BOARD ARRANGES MATCHES CONFERENCE POSTPONED At the weekly meeting of the A.F.A. Board of Control, there was • a bare quorum present, and the only business was arranging “Y.M.C.A. Day” for Blandford Park on September 13 Tickets will be sold by the Y.M.C.A.. which will share in the sales. Tho following games were set down for the day: Auckland reps. v. South Auckland reps., at 3 p.m. Auckland Y.M. v. Hamilton Y.M.. at 1.30 p.m. Early games between Y.M.C.A. teams will be played, if ground and weather conditions permit. The conference between the Judicial Committee and the Control Board was postponed till next week.
