“They Had to See Pajis.” the talkie comedy at the Victoria Theatre, is an hilarious tale of a poor country-town family who became rich overnight. They immediately left for Paris, to get “culture.” and a titled husband for the daughter, and early became engaged in uproarious complications. The great comedian. Will Rogers, has the leading role, that of the father.
Excellent talkie shorts complete th programme.
