The last short story competition has resulted as follows:

Highly commended: Maid of the Pines (Beryl Cranston, Mount Roskill), Gold-tipped Feather (Kathleen Neely, Herne Bay), Green Bough (Norma Joll, Mount Eden), Flying Beetle (Leslie Crago, Takapuna), Drifting Feather (Gwendoline Taylor, Auckland).
