NEW BANK DIRECTOR
GOVERNMENT APPOINTS MR. R. A. ANDERSON REPLACES LATE MR. REECE Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. The Prime Minister, the Hon. G. W. Forbes, announced today that Mr. R. A. Anderson, C.M.G., of Invercargill, had been appointed a director of the Bank of New Zealand, in succession to the late Mr. William Reece, of Christchurch.
Mr. Anderson is chairman of J. G. Ward and Company, Invercargill, and a member of the Local Bodies Loans Board. His term of appointment is till March of next year.
