SPILL AT THE HUNT

RIDER BREAKS COLLAR-BONE While following the hounds at the meet of the Pakuranga Hunt on Saturday, the horse which Mr. Wills McLaughlin, of Puhunui, Papatoetoe, was riding hit a high sapling jump, and fell. Mr. McLaughlin was thrown heavily on the ground, and broke his collar-bone. The injured rider was conveyed to Dr. A. M. Ross, of Otahuhu, where he received medical attention. There were several falls during the clay, but none of the other riders suffered injury.
