FOOTBALL DANCE
FUNDS FOR TAUPIRI RUGBY LEAGUE CLUB A dance in aid of the funds of the Taupiri Rugby League Football Club was held in the Taupiri Hall last "Wednesday evening. Dance music was supplied by -the Reo Orchestra from Hamilton. Among those present were:—Airs. R. T. Hill, who chose lemon georgette and lemon georgette coatee: Airs. Vollemaere. black silk; Airs. L. Wilson, navy blue crepe de chine; Airs. D. McKercher, pink beaded crepe de chine; Airs. F. Horwood. black georgette; Airs. N. Waring, black taffeta and black velvet coatee; Airs. F Wilson, black ring velvet; Aliss O’Connor, black sequined frock; Aliss V. Wilson, white georgette; Aliss A. Waring flame georgette; Aliss P. Charles, foam-green taffeta and georgette; Aliss I. Horwood, scarlet crepe de chine; Aliss D. Gleeson. green georgette and satin; Aliss D. Jackways, blue frilled taffeta; Miss N. Wilson, white georgette and satin; Aliss V. Geake. black crepe de -chine; Miss K. Jackways. pink crepe de chine and green lace; Miss L. Burk, pale green satin and net: Aliss L. Geake, pale green taffeta; Aliss S Eagleson, apricot satin beaute; Aliss J. Shaw, red crepe de chine; Aliss Alorris. apricot satin.
