NICHOLSON PARK TENNIS

CLUB’S ANNUAL MEETING The annual general meeting of the Nicholson Park Lawn Tennis Club was held in the Mount Eden Congregational Hall on August 14. The president, Mr. F. G. Blott, presided over a large gathering of members and friends. The secretary’s report showed the last season to have been a very successful one as far as improvement in the standard of play and the sociability of the club were concerned, while the financial report disclosed a very good credit balance. All questions of interest were keenly discussed by members, whose enthusiasm augurs well for the incoming season Tho election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows:—Patron, Mr. E. H.
