Merchants report receipt of overseas cables as follow: Amalgamated Dairies, Ltd., from its London office: —“Butter: Market still very depressed; all prices nominally unchanged. Some finest offered down to 1335; Danish. 3 38s, f.0.b.; retails unchanged; deliveries New Zealand 1,200 tons; stock, 11.289 tons. Cheese market depressed in sympathy with buttery prices sencrully unchanged.”
