GRAVE OFFENCE

LABOURER REMANDED Charged with a grave offence against a girl aged 15 years and 11 months, George Frederick George, alias Skinner, a labourer, aged 48, was remanded at the Police Court today, to appear on August 23. The offence was alleged to have occurred on or about January 4. 1930. Detective-Sergeant Kelly asked for the remand. Mr. J. J. Sullivan, who appeared for accused, requested bail, which was allowed in one surety of £l5O.
