DISCUSSION ON EDUCATION AT CONFERENCE ABLE SPEAKERS HEARD HONOLULU, Thursday. A general survey of education prob'ems in the countries bordering on the was given by Dr. Anna Brinton (United States) at this morning’s session of the Pan-Pacific Women’s Conference.

An able address was also given on religious education in Japan by Miss shizu Kawasaki and another on new tendencies in Latin America by Senera de Aldag (Mexico). Nursery schools and libraries were Jue subjects of addresses at a public mee l in K last evening. The committee et the conference has decided to admit associates to the meetings without the right to speak or vote.
