NO INCOME-TAX RETURN
UNION SECRETARY FINED Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. A union secretary in receipt of a salary of £450 a year, Alexander McLeod, was today fined £5 on the first and £2 on each of the other three. Charges, for failing to make out in-come-tax returns. He was unknown to the department till recently.
