AUCTION SALES AND PRICES Two sections in Marlborough Street, Mount Eden, on one of which is it sixroomed house, offered for sale by auction today by Messrs. Palethorpe and Parkes, were bought in by the mortgagee at £1,215. The mortgagee bought in a property •onsialting of a four-roomed house with sleeping porch at Tawhiri Road, Onehunga, for £895. The auction was conducted by George Walker, Ltd. Three properties offered by C. F. Bennett, Ltd., were also bought in by mortgagees.
