BETTER FOR INVESTORS

LONDON EXCHANGE WATCHES SHARE TRANSFERS NEW REGULATIONS LONDON, Wednesday. Arising from the Hatry frauds, the committee of the London Stock Exchange has adopted new regulations for safeguarding investors. The new regulations will bring the transfer of shares more closely under the control of the Stock Exchange. To protect municipal issues the Exchange will insist on fuller details in connection with flotation companies.
