DISCHARGE TO BE FACILITATED For the purpose of confirming a resolution passed at a previous meet Ing, creditors of Herbert Frederick Owen Twigden, accountant, of Auckland, met before the official assignee, Mr. A. W. Watters, this morning. At the previous meeting a special resolution recommending that the oflicial assignee use his best endeav ours to facilitate bankrupt’s discharge, and asking that bankrupt be allowed to retain his furniture, was carried As the value of bankrupt’s furniture exceeded £SO a special meeting to confirm the resolution -was necessary. The meeting this morning unanimously confirmed the resolution.
