WIDE DAMAGE REPORTED FROM JAPAN COMMUNICATION CUT OFF Reed. 9.15 a m. TOKYO, Tuesday. A typhoon is raging at Kyushiu. and communication is disrupted. It is believed the heaviest damage was done in Nagasaki. No details are available.
