WISHES FOR CORONATION BEFORE ANNULMENT DISPUTE WITH CABINET BUCHAREST, Sunday. It is believed that the resignation of the Rumanian Cabinet is immenent owing to differences between King Carol and the Prime Minister, Dr. Julius Maniu, over the coronation. The King wants this ceremony fixed for September 21, but Dr. Maniu contends that it must be preceded by the annulment of Queen Helen’s /divorce.
