HOLD-UP IN TUNNEL Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. A 500-volt line running through (he Mount Victoria tramway tunnel fused this morning, filling the tunnel with smoko and stopping the tram traffic for 50 minutes. People were brought into the city by extra buses, running on routes over the hill and coping with the traffic with some difficulty.
