THE V/AIHEMO.—The Waihemo is to go into dock tomorrow in continuation of her overhaul. She is to sail on Saturday for Vancouver to load Pacific Coast cargo. OTOKIA REPORTS.—The Union Company has received a wireless ' message from its motor-tanker Otokia, en route from San Pedro, reporting that she expects to arrive at Wellington tomorrow morning. WAIPAHI DUE TOMORROW. The fruit steamer Waipahi is due in port at noon tomorrow from the Cook Islands with a cargo of fruit, according to her radio advice. No berth had been assigned to her this morning. THE KARTIGI.—The Kartigi, which arrived yesterday afternoon with general cargo from Melbourne Devonport (Tasmania) and Newcastle, berthed at Queen's Wharf. She is to sail tomorrow evening for Portland, Wellington and Lyttelton. TAHITI FOR SAN FRANCISCO.—To load cargo and mail, and embark passengers from New Zealand, the Royal mail liner Tahiti arrived at Wellington from Sydney this morning. She is to resume her voyage to Rarotonga, Papeete and Safi Francisco tomorrow MIDDLESEX REPORTS. The New Zealand Shipping Company has received a wireless message from the Middlesex stating that she expects to arrive here from Liverpool on Friday afternoon. The vessel has a cargo of general merchandise from West Coast United Kingdom ports for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. THE LADY LEWIS. —No further radio message has been received this morning from the steamer Lady Lewis as to the time of her arrival here from Nauru Island with a cargo of phosphates. Her last report said that she expected to arrive tomorrow. She is to berth at King’s Wharf and later sails for Wanganui to complete discharge. Her local agent to Henderson and Macfarlane, Limited. PARAKOOLA FROM PACIFIC COAST.—The Swedish motor-ship Par- * is to load cargo for Auckland Wellington, Bluff and Australia at Los Angeles and San Francisco. She is scheduled to clear Los Angelas on August l.» and San Francisco finally on August 23 for Auckland. The Port Alma cleared London July 5, and.the Panama Canal on July 39, and enjoyed generally fair Weather except for the last 11 days, when stormy conditions and rough seas were encountered. THE AWAHOU.—The vessel Awahou, whigh is being converted from a steamer to a. motor-ship, was removed from Central Wharf to the slip this morning to complete operations. It is expected that she will be ready for service within a fortnight. MAUNGANUI DUE 6 A.M.—Wireless advice from the Maunganui states that she expects to arrive in the stream from Sydney at 6 a.m. tomorrow. She is to berth at Central Wharf about an hour and a-half later to land her passengers, mails and cargo. On Wednesday evening she sails for Wellington, and. clears the capital at 3 p.m. on Friday for Sydney. ARGYLLSHIRE’S MOVEMENTS. —The Federal Company advises that the Argyllshire arrived at Lyttelton on Friday morning from Timaru for further loading. She is now due at Wellington tomorrow for further loading, and is to leave again next Thursday for Napier. Gisborne, Tokomaru Bay and Auckland to fill up. The Argyllshire is now scheduled to clear Auckland on August 25 for London. Avonmouth. Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow, via the Panama Canal. HENZADA FROM NEW YORK.— Five days behind scliedule-d time, the steamer Henzada arrived from New York on Saturday morning with approximately 2,000 tons of general cargo for discharge at New Zealand ports. The vessel left New York on June 2S and cleared Panama on July 7. The weather from New York to Panama was good, but after leaving the Canal the vessel ran into heavy' sfeas and strong head winds; the stormy conditions continued until arrival at Auckland. Speed was reduced from 10 knots to 81 knots. The ship was lightly laden and she rode the storm well. Besides general cargo there were three stud bulls for deliverv at Auckland.
