WARPLANE’S CONDITION
SJUN readers were well prepared f or the success of the Auck-land-owned pacer, Warplane, in his ten-furlong engagement at Addington on Saturday. The Man-o’-War gelding was displaying plenty of dash in his work at Epsom before going South, and the excellent condition in which he was turned out by J. Shaw carried him through when it came to the finish of a strenuous struggle. Followers of the sport in this territory were quite pleased to see the local representative score the first time out at Addington.
