WHERE GERMAN MARINES PARADED.—The port of Tanga, in the British mandated territory of Tanganyika, where a remarkable demonstration took place during the visit of the German cruiser Karlsruhe. Following a eulogy of the German prowess by the German Consul, the marines from the warship paraded through the town. It is understood that representations have been made to have the Consul recalled.
