CONDITIONS OF PATIENTS

The condition of Air. and Airs. George Knight, who were admitted to the Auckland Hospital on Tuesday evening after they had been injured through being knocked down by a motor-van in New North Road, was reported by the hospital authorities this morning to be improved. Both received heal injuries and severe shock, and Airs. Knight also suffered a fractured collarbone.

Airs. Lydia Warner, aged 47, of Walters’ Road, Mount Eden, the woman who was admitted to the Auckland Hospital as a result of being struck by a motor-car at the junction of Up* per Symonds Street and Alount Eden Road on Tuesday evening, is rep trted by the hospital to be in a satisfactory condition.
