DAVIS CUP RULES

DRASTIC POLICY CHANGES CONTEMPLATED U.S.A. SPORTSMANSHIP NEW YORK, Tuesday. Mr. Joseph Wear, chairman of the Davis Cup Committee, said that when at last the United States succeeded in recovering the trophy he would be in favour of holding the competition every two years instead of annually.
