COMMITTEE MEETS
AUCKLAND CLUB The committee of the Auckland Trotting Club met yesterday, the president, Mr. John Rowe, presiding. Tho New Zealand Trotting Association advised that it had decided not to place the horse Arachne on the school - Donations of £1 Is each were made to the following institutions of the Church of England. Auckland Diocese: St. Mary’s Homes, Children’s Home and. Orphans’ Home. Accounts amounting to £*44 were passed for payment.
