FIRE AT TAIHOA
HOMESTEAD DESTROYED From Our Oxen Correspondent MAT AM AT A, Today. The homestead at Taihoa, owned by Mr. R Holmes, was completely de-* stroyed by fire at 1.30 a.m. on Thursday morning. The fire started in the back part of the house, and nothing was saved. The house was insured for £6OO and the furniture for £2OO In the State Office.
