FRANKLIN RACING CLUB RESIGNATION OF SECRETARY The Franklin Racing Club will hold its annual meeting on Monday evening at Pukekohe. The balance-sheet for the past season shows a profit of £261, in addition to £863 spent during the year in improvements to the racecourse property. The assets total £17,267 and the liabilities £10,339, giving a surplus of £6,928 at capital account. The club is faced with the appointment of a new secretary, Mr. A. P. Daysh having resigned. Mr. A. H. Tapper is acting as secretary.
