WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED MINISTER’S DECISION Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. The decision not to publish the document handed to the prison authorities by Arthur Thomas Munn, shortly before his execution at Auckland on Tuesday, was announced by the Min ister of Justice, the Hon. .1. G. Coboe The statement reached the Minister yesterday and he perused the contents. “There was nothing worth reading in the statement and no purpose wouldbe served by its publication,” bo said. The Minister added that no confession had been made. As was indicated earlier by the Controller-General of Prisons, Mr. B. L. Dallard, the statement merely traversed the evidence given in the Supreme Court.
