MAN’S SERIOUS OFFENCE
Found guilty in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon of having attempted to indecently assault a boy. Joseph Baxter, a middle-aged man, was remanded for sentence. The offence took place at Victoria Park on July 1. Mr. Hubble prosecuted and Mr. Noble represented the accused.
