I rounds of bread, about three C ! , n dlame ter. Melt four tablespoonfuls of butter and dip each gratrrl “ , butter and th en in some Slated cheese. Place plain side
down on a buttered dish, add a slice of ham, and cover with another piece of the bread with the grated cheese side next the ham. Brush the top of each savoury with melted butter, bake in the oven till delicately brown (about 10 minutes) and serve with tomato sauce.
