RAGLAN DAIRY COMPANY An increase of 61 tons of butter to 386 tons for the season, is shown in the annual report of the Raglan Co-opera tive Dairy Company for the season just closed. The average payment for butter-fat on superfine cream was, 16.078 d. In addition, .242 d had been placed to reserve, increasing the total to 16.320 d. As a small portion of the output was unsold this was not necessarily the final payment. The company’s table of averages shows the following figures: Suppliers. 166; cream received, 1.816,3371 b; average test, 39.18 per cent.; butter-fat received, 711,7211 b; butter made, 864,9981 b; overrun. 21.536 per cent.; average cost of manufacture, 1.07 d a lb.
