They were followed by Moetzig. The three British competitors reached Vienna this afternoon from Munich several hours ahead of the others. Captain Broad) in a Gipsy Moth, arrived first, Alan Butler, also in a Gipsy Moth, a few minutes later, and Thorn, in a Gipsy Avon, half an hour afterward. The weather conditions, including heavy rain, have made the contest extremely difficult.
