CYRIL RITCHARD, who is well known to New Zealand theatregoers, deserted musical comedy a while ago to join the Co-Optimists in London. One of the most amusing moments in a programme which has rarely been excelled in London was his divertissement after (a very long way after) the Russian ballet called “The Ballet of the Lost Child.” Mr. Ritchard as Dr. Dear is pictured above with Mimi Crawford as the nurse.
