ORPHEUS, OTAHUHU

Modern youth in its moments of relaxation.

This aptly defines the spirit of “The Girl from Woolworths,” the First National and Vitaphone picture starring Alice White, which is now being presented at the Orpheus Theatre, Otahuh'u.

Miss White plays the part of a little shopgirl in a bargain store who eventually gains success as a night club entertainer. She sings and dances again in this all-talking picture. Charles Delaney is her leading man, and Wheeler Oakman and Ben Hall head the “a’Jl youth” cast. A bright programme of talkie featurettes is also being presented.
